After checking each foal and waking Sleepy Som up, Sammy led the group out of the maze. She decided to teach them about the bats, spiders and other animals living in the corn maze. The foals were clearly tired but soon less afraid, Haunt and Havoc even asked Sammy if she had seen the “ghost”. She told them about the sheet which led to a good laugh. Now that the foals were relaxed, Sammy inquired about how they ended up in the maze. The foals took turns regaling what had happened, this helped pass the time till they reached the Pumpkin Cabin. After tucking in the foals and doing a final light out cheek. Sammy stood a moment to watch the bats flying about and to enjoy the night sounds. She hoped tomorrow would be less adventure filled and then laughed to herself. As she knew it was always an epic adventure when you had this many rambunctious foals gathered.
